Best Places To Travel in the Spring

Booking travel can be super stressful. There is SO much that goes into researching and planning, but if you're a travel addict like me, it's one of the best parts of the trip.

I love spending hours on the computer looking up different places to visit, and figuring out where I should go based on the time of year I will be traveling.

There are factors that go into what make these 'the best' and for me that includes any of the following: weather, price, popularity of the location, distance from my hometown, and how much I can get done in that area with the time I have there.

Here are some great spots that are affordable, with good weather and not a ton of people in the Spring!

New York City - March & April are a great month to visit NYC, because the winter temps are starting to go away, but the hoards of spring travelers haven't yet arrived.

Iceland - With plane tickets being insanely cheap to this popular destination, you may consider traveling there in April. The crazy tourist season doesn't hit until Summer, and while the weather is definitely cold, you will have more hours of sunlight to enjoy the GORGEOUS landscapes that make up this wonderful country.

Argentina - Spring is the cheapest time of year to travel to Buenos Airies. Most people are hitting up this beautiful area of the world for a summer vacation, but the fall weather you'll be getting shouldn't deter you. It's great for long walking tours, and you can enjoy the city without breaking the bank.

Dominican Republic - If you are looking for hot beaches and all inclusive resorts, Punta Cana is a great place to visit in April. The holiday travelers have left, and room rates drop until the Summer season picks back up for the year. Can't beat that.
